We strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their eSIM purchases from AriLoft. Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • The eSIM was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end
  • The eSIM profile could not be installed due to a verifiable technical problem caused by AriLoft
  • You contacted us within 7 calendar days of purchase with valid proof of issue

2. Non-Refundable Situations We do not issue refunds in cases where:

  • The device is not compatible with eSIM (customer responsibility to check before purchase)
  • You change your mind or no longer want the service
  • The eSIM QR code has been used, scanned, or installation has been attempted
  • The problem was not caused by AriLoft or its systems

3. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund request, contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order ID
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any supporting screenshots or documentation

If your request meets the criteria, a refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Exchanges In eligible cases, we may offer an exchange or a new eSIM profile instead of a refund, at our discretion.

5. Manufacturer Faults Only Refunds are only considered when the error originates from AriLoft or its delivery process. Any issues unrelated to our service (such as customer misuse or device incompatibility) do not qualify for a refund.

6. Final Decision All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of AriLoft. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet our policy.
